Product: Acer Aspire A-515
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Suddenly, my HP Envy 7640 will no longer scan to e-mail. When I try, I get an error saying "The printer cannot connect to web services.  The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later."

 

I checked for firmware updates, and was old it is up-to-date.
