Hi,
As soon as I turn on the printer, I get the following error:
ERROR CODE 0X83C0002B NOS_LOADER_APP
Please help.

I can't take the printer cartridges out b/c they don't move to center where I can reach them. Unplugging for a minute while powered on does not solve the problem. Anything else besides take it to a service center?

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
