Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried every possible reboot sequence to fix this code.

Unplug

remove cartridges

remove paper

remove USB

remove Cat 5 Cable

 

OXC8190014 Code still remains for my 

HP Officejet Pro X451dw

Model Number: VCVRA-1211

I was able to find this page on the error message you listed: HP Inkjet Printers - '0xc19a0005' Error or Similar Error Displays

 

Unfortunately there aren't many more steps than what you've tried. The next step is to contact support. You can go through the website at http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html.
