Hi Dear thanks for reply and shaing your experience,

today i tried to dismantling the printer and the paper presence sensor(it is a black plastic pin at the bottom of the tray under the printer that lowers with the weight of the paper) it seems  have lost some components, so I tried to bypass it with a folded piece of paper to make it hold in place "pressed" .

the result is that the error has disappeared, but the printer is still unusable because it runs continusly and does not print, result: I trashed the printer.

in total life the printer has printed just under 500 sheets

the reason why this is happening is because the tray might have a small piece broken that isnt covering the sensor.

here is the solution I have figured out! test this out and be careful with not breaking it. you can verify this issue by placing a pencil where this sensor is underneath and watch the error dissappear.
with pictures!
