I have read many post about HP no longer honring the EFAX agreement and if you own Photosmart 7510 printer and some other printers we will no longer have efax support. I also read that was not necessarily true. At first my I was not having any problems will sending or receiving faxes until last Friday, March 3, on Friday I was not able to send faxes but on Sunday, March 5th I received a spam fax. So I attempted to try and send a fax again and I kept getting NO CONNECTION Message. I followed some direction from another post from a HP Tech on contacting Efax and unplugging the printer. Big mistake now I can't login and I have been on the phone for 2 hours between HP AND eFAX customer service. Now I was told I have to email freehelp@efax.com. because no one can help. Does anyone have any sugguestion or contact information?

That's what I thought as well when I read the some of the previous post but my fax did not stop working until last Friday. I have also read other post and I saw different ways around it, I just want to start working again.
