Product: HP Pagewide MFP 377 Printer

I have a HP Pagewide MFP 377 dw printer.  The load paper error came up.  I loaded paper but the error keeps coming up.  It won't let me print.

Hi,

I would start with the solutions in this document: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00786157

There's also a video at the top that might help.

 

Usually, just reloading the paper and then resetting the printer works for me when this happens, so I would try that first before diving in deeper.
