The printer tends to "roll" envelopes when printing and puts a crease in some kinds. Is there any way to adjust the feed on the printer so that it doesn't crease envelopes? With self-adhesive envelopes it works better, but it still changes the crease in the flap.
I want to know whether this can be adjusted. Please don't just paste in the boilerplate response.

Hi @JayEll ,
I see that you are getting creases when printing on envelopes. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Adjust the print driver for the paper type to envelope, this should resolve this issue.
If the paper isn't set properly, it can cause the creases or unsupported paper types also.
You may just be able to set it as a default of plain paper. If you are printing from Word, you would have to set the default settings through Devices and Printers in the Printer Properties.
What type and size and weight of envelope are you using?
Try another type of envelope to see if you have the same results.
The printer supports up to 24lb envelope.

Do you have this issue with any other paper types?
Have a great day!
Thank You.

Brilliant, Gemini02! That did the trick! I chose Envelope in the print box for Word, and no creases.
Just FYI, it was 20 pound recycled envelope stock that was creasing. The envelopes that worked were 20 pound self-seal. But now that I know how to choose the Word setting, everything is fine.
