Product: Office jet pro 6970
Operating System: iOS
I created and printed an envelope in iOS pages software in my iPhone. It printed fine but now everything I print from my phone comes out long and skinny down the length of a full sheet of paper. I may have changed printer paper size in settings somewhere but I'm not sure and can't find a way to put back to correct paper size setting.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are unable to print envelopes from pages app in iPhone. I would like to help you out with this issue today.
- In Pages, choose File > New (from the File menu at the top of your computer screen).
- Click Stationery on the left side of the template chooser.
- Scroll down to the Envelopes section, then double-click an envelope template.
- Click Document
, then click Document.
- Choose an envelope size from the second pop-up menu in the Printer & Paper Size section.
- On the envelope template, click placeholder text in the recipient address, then type the address.
- You can add or delete lines as needed.
- Double-click text in the return address, then type your address.
- The return address is a text box. Drag the selection handles if you want to resize it.
- Choose File > Print (from the File menu at the top of your computer screen), choose a printer from the pop-up Printer menu, then click Print.
Click here to know how to create a custom size and save the template.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
