The paper output arm that auto extends when a job is printed was bumped the other week.  It does still function, but now extends past 90 degrees when the arm opens.  Is there a way to "reset" the arms extended position?

For clarity, this is the arm that mechanically extends and must be manually stowed when finished.
This mechanism seems to be working well, but my printer has been used very little.  From a durability aspect, this looks like a part that is much prone to accidental damage.

@ThaiDiver,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the paper output arm extends past 90 degrees when the arm opens on your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
