I have a customer using teamviewer to work with their office computer from home. Everything works fine except remote printing. Teamviewer sees the printer but when I send anything to the printer it doesnt print and nothing ever goes into the local printer print que. Remote printing requires for the printer to support PostScript or EMF. I can not find anywhere if this printer supports this. When connecting using windows remote desktop and Logmein it will print fine. Can not use either of those though because Logmein is being used by their software support company. Remotedesktop got hacked in less than a week so cant go that route either. They just bought this printer a couple months ago and hate for them to have to go buy another just for this. Any help would be appreciated.
