Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This is embarrassing.  I use to do printer support for HP Inkjets.  But I am stumped.

I am trying to print envelopes from LibreOffice on my HP Envy 5660.  Nothing I do will get the printer to print in landscape on the envelopes.  It keeps printing Portrait.

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Z

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that your HP Envy 5660 printer is printing envelops in portrait instead of landscape. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

  1. Search Windows for wordpad, then select WordPad in the results.
  2. Click the menu icon , then click Page Setup.
  3. In the Page Setup window, select your envelope type from the Size menu, select Landscape orientation, then click OK.

Click here and follow the document to perform above mentioned steps.

Let me know if that works.

Cheers.
