HP Envy 5663 All In One Printe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased an HP Envy 5663 Printer about three weeks ago and it has been printing great.

I am having labels professionally designed, and the designer is emailing the finished product to me as pdf files.  I am then printing them out to be sure they fit the product correctly and that all info is correct.

The first label printed out fine but every one since then are at least 3 inches longer and an inch wider than they should be.   Designer says they are correct size.

I researched online and tried saving files as pdf file instead of printing and then opening them and printing, which did not work.  I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, which also didn't work.

I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome browser.

I would appreciate any help with this.  I'm at a standstill until I can get this corrected.  Thank you.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting issues in printing labels. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

You have an option to adjust the size in PDF.

In PDF Open the “File” menu and click “Print” to open the Print dialog box.

Select your printer from the “Printer” drop-down menu and select “Fit” under “Size Options.

Fit option is highlighted in yellow in the below picture.

Then click on print

That should fix the issue.
