Envy 7640 won't print from photo tray

Printer will not pick up photo paper and print.  It keeps trying to take paper from the main paper tray. Rebooted Macbook pro and the printer.  Selected 4 x 6 photo, glossy photo paper, postcard size. Deleted and readded the Eny 7640.

Thanks, this did help.    I also changed from "postcard" to small photo borderless to print a 4 x 6 photo.  But putting HP  photo paper all the way in to the stop resulted in the printer not seeing the paper which was the real problem. Once I did that, I got a message to add paper even though there was paper in the photo tray but at least it wasn't trying to go to the main paper tray.  I had to push a page past the photo paper stop to get it to be recognized. Is there a roller or mechanism to clean?  It won't pick up paper consistently either face down or face up when I place photo paper all the way to the stop.
