At installation of the software there is such mistake. My model of the HP LaserJet 3055 printer. Help please.

Уважаемый Господин!

Спасибо за Ваше письмо. Драйвер принтера не проблема установить в Windows 7. Проблема в сети skaner.Ya найти отдельно сканера драйвер для mrey модели, но это в mikroprogramnom программного обеспечения для этой модели. При установке аварии программного обеспечения, и это oshibka.Kotoraya мешает нормальной установки данного программного обеспечения, в котором есть skanera.Net водитель Есть ли у вас какие-либо ссылки на этот драйвер. Беда в том, что мой продукт больше не поддерживается в нашей стране, как он был 7 лет. Заранее спасибо.

Thank you for your letter. Print driver is not a problem to install in Windows 7. The problem in network skaner.Ya found separately scanner driver for mrey model, but it is in mikroprogramnom software for this model. When installing the software crashes and this oshibka.Kotoraya prevents normal install this software in which there is a driver skanera.Net Do you have any links to that driver. The trouble is my product no longer maintained in our country as he was 7 years old. Thank you in advance.

just try this..

 

1.go to this root C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (yours may vary)

 

2.search for MSXML4.DLL

 

3.delete it to recycle bin. 

 

4.download it from here https://www.dll-files.com/msxml4.dll.html

 

5.paste it on the prev. root
