Hi

This error refers to a faulty fan, is the unit still under warranty?

HP Recommended

Its not under warrenty. Printer was working fine after i clearn it with and blow the dust thats when the problem starts.

I have seen on some models that when you blow the unit out with a blower the fan pushes out or you blow something into the fins that will cause an obstruction, you will need to have a look at all the fans on the unit to ensure they are functioning properly.

Ir is resolved now. The problem was duplex fan was faulty. I replace it and now its working fine
