HP Designjet z5200ps
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I just set up a new desktop Mac + Monitor at work, and can't get anything to print to the Designjet, I get the 61:01 error message when I try (pdfs, InDesign files, Illustrator files, JPEGs, all of it), however when I send it toff to another computer setup it prints fine.

On my Mac dialog windows that open up, it just says that the 'Printer is not responding', even when I go through the Print Utility I can't even get jobs to show up in the que.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix it? The Manual is pretty useless, it just talks about how to troubleshoot if you're printing with a USB connection, I'm printing over wifi.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Let's make it easier, instead of sending multiple file formats just  try to send a test page using the driver currently installed on your computer, if you get the 61 error again you will need to consider the re-install the driver either from hp.com or apple site.

Regards,

Chris Estrada
