Yesterday; I was print some of Documents ;suddenly the printer made a strange sound; And some zigzags appeared in the straight lines on the document.
And the printer screen showed an error message 63.00.30

Please, I hope you will respond to me and tell me the appropriate solution because we are in dire need of printing.WhatsApp Image 2021-06-01 at 10.59.23.jpeg

That error code indicates a problem with the laser scanner

 

63.00.30 The laser/scanner motor is operating, but the laser/scanner motor ready signal does not change as driving. There are detailed troubleshooting steps but as these devices are partner restricted, I am unable to share those steps. You should engage the partner you purchased it from for support.
