HP Recommended
Product: HP DesignJet T2530 36-in PostScript Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

During printer initialization it continually comes up with the following error.

There is no paper in either of the basket or the stacker.

The two rolls have been removed as well.

In the past I was able to restart after a period and it was OK, but that's not the case now.

 

Any help fixing this would be appreciated.
