Original problem was: 99.09.64 Disk Non-Functional or a 99.09.64 Disk Malfunction error.

The customer believes a power surge occurred at that time.

Attempts to format and update the  firmware on the SSD failed. Obtained a brand new SSD.

Replaced SSD.  Attempt to download and update firmware failed. Attempt to do a "part clean" failed.

Now getting a 99.02.20 error.  Since this is two SSDs that aren't working, I suspect a failing formatter.

BTW, this is the second time in about 3-4 months the printer has incurred a SSD failure. The first time, replacing the SSD and updating the firmware worked perfectly.

I would appreciate any input with simular experiences or resolutions.

Thank you.
