Hello. The problem with hp officejet pro x476dw. When you turn when he begins to check cartridges, a blue screen with an error C18A000A. After that, all the buttons are flashing on the screen and writes: Printer Error . Turn off and then turn on the printer . Without cartridges or cartridges with all switched on and working, but as soon as insert all four , again a blue screen with the same error . Download the latest firmware , try to install , but says that the printer is busy . What could be the reason? What can be done ?

Hi.

Thank you for contacting HP thru HP Forum

I can guess that there might be an issue with the ink supplies.

Can you please try to install the ink one by one to check which cartridge is having the issue?

Install black and close the door and wait for the message to install others..

If you find which one is causing the printer to assert, please try to change it with a new one.

Thanks.

Put all the cartridges one by one , the error only appears when there are four cartridge. Called tech support , to reset in the engineering menu , then another error . In tech support told replace Print bar replacement kit.
