My printer is displaying ERROR CODE, 0x83C0002B, NOS_LOADER_APP
I have tried to reset it (by following hp instructions but it refuses to work).
It is NOT plugged into any form of surge protector.
The ink cartridges cannot be removed as they are stubbornly fixed in the right hand side of the printer (as you look at it).
The printer is still under warranty and I require it to be repaired please.
How do I get it repaired?
I've just typed all of this into the HP support website and all it did was to direct me here.

I'm very disappointed with this.

Thank you 8lives but that is exactly what I have already done.

It only gave me 2 contact options, the first being 'web chat' which was unavailable as it was closed, the second being this forum.

Pretty poor by HP to be honest.

However...thank you to you for trying to help me.

Regards
