i have prblom at my printer and still that error in screen when sht down or restert it again !!!!

They are available from hp parts for 25.00 which is the way I would first go since it is a lot cheaper then the ebay item.  The part number is CQ890-67105.

Davidzuts I ordered the cq890-67105 and put in plotter after starup I have now green screen B0000000

First are you sure you installed it correctly. Since you have added to this thread what was the original message. That error indicates that it is not reading the drive so are you sure you installed it correctly. If you remove the drive and start up the plotter do you get the same message? If you put the old drive back in what is the message? We need to determine if you have a bad main pca or if the drive you received was defective. Also this drive does not go in the regular usb slot on the plotter in front but you have to remove the left side cover, remove the main pca board and it installs in place of the one on the back side of the main pca held in its slot with a small screw.
