Product: Hp Officejet Pro x451dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We use this printer on a network environment.  It is coming up with this error everytime it tries to print.  We've only had the printer a couple of months.  We have other printers of the same model that are not having this issue.  After several different attempt to fix the issue, we are at a loss.

 

We have factory reset.  

 

One thing we have noticed though is that when the printer is not connected to the network it seems to print fine.  I truely believe that it is something to do with the network adapter in the printer itself not receiving the data correctly.

 

It is only when the printer is hooked up to the internet that we get this error code.  It prints fine if hooked up through USB.

 

A fix for this would be most appreciated.
