My new Envy 4502 was working fine until I loaded the software on the disk.  Now I try to print and it gives me junk on the paper then stops and gives me Error Code 0XB3B207B6.  Can anyone help me get out of this mess?  I can't even shutdown the printer in the normal way.

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! Smiley Happy I see you are getting an error code on the front panel of your HP Envy 4502, after you loaded the printer software the error code appeared.

 

I would like you to start here: 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error M...

 

'Because there are many variations of these 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' or 'Ink System Failure' error messages and alphanumeric codes, we have provided a few guided steps to get you to the right troubleshooting document for your error. Select the statement that best describes your situation.'

 

Please let me know the outcome, I will watch for your reply.

Followed the instructions from the link.  Ended up returning printer to Walmart and sticking with a DeskJet.  Let me know when the problems with the Envy printer are solved.  I might try it again.
