Error Code on Envy 4502

My new Envy 4502 was working fine until I loaded the software on the disk.  Now I try to print and it gives me junk on the paper then stops and gives me Error Code 0XB3B207B6.  Can anyone help me get out of this mess?  I can't even shutdown the printer in the normal way.

Followed the instructions from the link.  Ended up returning printer to Walmart and sticking with a DeskJet.  Let me know when the problems with the Envy printer are solved.  I might try it again.
