I Have an HP 5620 all in one that will not stay connected to the enternet and will not print from any device.

can you please send me information i have the same problem, I have reset printer by unplugging from device and wall and plugging back and also reseting defaults, it will not allow me to turn the network back on.

After AT&T replaced my modem, my wireless printer does not work....computer "finds" it, but I also get the wireless not enabled message....tried resetting defaults, etc., nothing works.  I have the deskjet J610, 3050.....Thank you !

See below for the commands that I received via this forum that helped me. For some reason the Forum admin person thinks they are dangerous to an inexperienced user. We're not talking an expensive machine and we're not talking rocket launch commands ... so, what is the worse thing that can happen?
Forum-leader-admin person: PLEASE leave this info on this thread so that people with the same (common) problem can get some help.

Press Back, Back, Back, Back (slowly).
Select the Support Menu.
Select Resets Menu.
Select Partial Reset.

Then go to setup, network wireless settings, wireless, make sure it is turned on.
