Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting an error message OXB85159DE.  If I turn off the printer and restart the error message goes off.  I also tried to unplug and replug in the computer and that also works.  Dont Know what's causing this issue

Can someone please help

Are you facing this issue after an update?

 

I suggest you Restore the printer to original factory defaults.

 

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Tools, touch Restore Factory Defaults and then follow the onscreen instructions
