Error code 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP

Well here we are less than a year later with a newer HpEnvy 4501 printer purchased about 9 months ago.  Printed maybe 20 documents.

Once again, I have the error code 0x83c0000a.

I have tried all the suggested solutions that I can find.

It is not a power problem.  

Since someone programmed in this code, what are the chances that tech support can tell us what it means.

It is quite disheartening to have two of the same exact printers come up with this code.

Totally frustrated!!!!

it is plugged directly into the wall,

 on the screen it says, ERROR CODE ox83c0000a,

NOS_LOADER_APP

Just wanted to add that I just fixed my HP 4630 error code showing was
0X83C0000A

I could not get it to go away....unplugged, restarted tried several resets.....FOUND THE FIX!

If YOU GET THIS ERROR
PLUG IN THE PRINTER
HOLD THE POWER BUTTON AND WIRELESS BUTTON TOGETHER UNTIL SCREEN GOES BLACK LET GET IMMEDIATELY AND

WAHLAH YOUR $200 PRINTER IS NOW BACK UP AND RUNNING!

I tried several button combinations it wasn't until I tried the WIRELESS BUTTON AND POWER BUTTON HELD DOWN TILL SCREEN BLACKS OUT LET GO RIGHT AWAY AND YOUR PRINTER WILL RESUME NORMAL FUNCTION!

POWER ON PRINTER

PRESS AND HOLD BOTH THE WIRELESS BUTTON AND POWER BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME UNTIL THE SCREEN BLACKS OUT THEN LET GO OF THE BUTTONS AND YOUR PRINTER IS BROUHT BACK TO LIFE!

Exactly same problem for me. No ink cartridge issue as it's a new one and working and also my plug is into a surge protector. Can't even switch on so can't do any firmware update!

Someone suggested to press power and wireless button and then let go when screen becomes dark. Even that doesn't work for me 😰

ter sucks. I had the same problem with my Deskjet advantage 3545. Tried all solutions but nothing happenes. I wont ever buy HP products again. Never

I had this kind of problem also which is very unproductive as I had to go to our office to print documents. Tried all solutions mentioned by water boy but to no avail. In the first place he should be aware that you cannot do anything since the printer hanged and all the instructions mentioned cannot be performed. My cousins and other users I know has the same problems. I think it has something to do with HP software. I have a previous HP 3660 model and I have the same software probems (this time driver issue). Lessoned learned, NO more HP next time
