Product: HP Officejet pro x476dw

I keep having this error code come up on my work printer. I've turned it on and off, like it has told me to, and the error keeps on coming back up.

Hello, this error is in regards to a stalled motor that lifts the print bar. If the machine is under warranty, contact HP and they should replace it. If not on warranty, basically HP's answer is replace the printer, as according to them there is no fix for it.
