HP Deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this printer for about a year and half maybe more and I haven't used it in a while.

I come back to try print something and on the display screen it shows error code 0x83c00009 nos_loader_app.

Please respond as I need the printer ASAP!

Thanks

Unfortunately the error code @Hansen1 is seeing on the display is not a ink system or printhead failure so the troubleshooting page that he was given a link to is not going to help him in the least.

From the text that is posted I believe that the printer is having an initialization problem and probably needs the main board replaced.

This is probably a fairly inexpensive printer and it will be more economical to buy another than to replace any parts.

If my post resolves your issue please click the accepted as solution button under it.

To thank a Tech for a post click the thumbs up button under the post.

You can even click both buttons. . .
