I get the same problem and do all recommanded actions such as printhead cleaning, cartridge change, partial reset, full reset... no improvement. Paper has still gone out blank.

 

Following every exchange from the forum over the world, it appears that the issue is always the same: same error code 0xc19a0013 with no black ink printing only (other colored cartridge runs correctly), and strangely all involved machines are all out of warranty.

 

It proves that is what we call "programmed obsolescence". The replacement of printhead won't change anything more but the weight of your wallet.

 

In this stage, the only thing to do is to buy a new printer. The question is how long it will run?

I received the problem today and have no idea what just stopped working.

 

Is there any way we can get some sort of refund or money towards buying a new printer?
