Error code OXB3DEAA2B

it will clear when switching printer off and back in then comes back in 5 mins.

can print in this time but it’s poor quality and only just put in new cartridge

Hello, 

 

Please try the below steps..

 

1- While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer and then Computer.

2- Power off the Wireless Router.

3- Wait for 60 seconds.

4- Now plug in the power cord to printer only.

5- Check for the error.  if error shows up go to Step# 8

7- Now Power on the Wireless router.

8- Check for the error. If error shows up, then contact your ISP and check for firmware update, set the channel to 11.

HP Envy 5055 purchased 4/2020, Windows 10, Linksys MR8300 router with updated firmware

I am having this exact same error. One of my Windows 10 laptops can still connect wirelessly and print/scan during the window when the error code has been cleared. Sometimes I get 5 minutes, sometimes a half an hour, but the error always comes back. On another Windows 10 laptop I cannot connect to the printer wirelessly, I get "driver unavailable" in Windows Printers & Scanners. Uninstalled/reinstalled printer in device manager and uninstalled/reinstalled HP Smart. On that laptop I need to connect via USB cable to be able to print during the non-error window.

I have the envy5030. Problem is the same, error code is slightly different: OXB3DE9A2B. Did you find a solution yet? Might be the new software update?
