Hi, this morning when when I turned on the printer the following message appeared on the display:

Error: 99.39.73

eMMC Read Only

 

and it's no possibly to use the printer.

How can I solve it?

Hi Samuele,

 

1) Open the formatter cover and then reseat the eMMC PCA.

2) Then go to the pre-boot menu and do a format disk.

3) Download the latest firmware in a usb thumbdrive (formatted in FAT32) in its root directory.

4) Then in the pre-boot menu, download/install the firmware from the usb thumbdrive

5) Let the printer boot by selecting continue
