I was able to print wirelessly with no issues until we not a new Arris modem/router. Now my laptop can no longer print wirelessly, and when I try to print from my iPhone, it looks like things are being sent to the printer with no issues, but then I get an error message that says "The printer is no longer available." I am able to print with a wired connection, however.

When I choose the option to "Run Wireless Test" on the printer, I get an error message that says "49 Service Error Turn off then on" after which my printer reboots.

What steps can I take to print wirelessly again?

Replacing/changing your wireless router try here.

However, all Gateway devices are terrible for wireless performance and connectivity.   If this does not work, suggest you put that gateway device in full bridge mode and install your own high quality router that YOU have full control over.
