HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 All-in-One

Right after boot sequence end, a blue window is very briefly displayed showing "B8AB4322", afterwhich a message is displayed instructing the user to turn the printer off and on again (which doesn't help).

Anybody has an idea what the problem is and how to solve it?

Thank you!

EDIT: Turns out this is a hardware problem which can only be fixed in the lab.

Greetings @tpxdq

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer giving an error "B8AB4322" and asking you to restart the printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Are you using a surge protector to connect the printer to the power source?

Are you using genuine HP ink?

Request you perform a hard reset by following the procedure mentioned in this HP Article
