I am trying to create a profile in the HP DesignJet Utility, however it keeps telling me 'paper loaded in the printer is different from the paper you selected, or there is no paper loaded, profiling cannot proceed'
I have the media in the utility set to HP Premium Instant Dry Photo Satin, and in the printer HP Premium Instant Dry Satin, any ideas why it is doing this? Only different I can see is there is no 'photo' in the printer option, but thats the way it is in the printer.

My Z3200 has your paper profile & you should simply load your media, do a paper color calibration. after you edit your image & go to print property, define paper size, quality save it. before you press print, go to option
on right side & chose your media profile.
print a small one & see how it come out....
myself been using hp glossy/semi glossy/satin & this icc profile is very satisfactory.
Try & explore with different icc profiles & pick the good one for your media.
For sure no one has same printer & your media, you are sole person to make the best print from your printer.
