This procedure was did not work for me.  I even took out the print head.  I did this over 6x over a week.  Is my printhead defective?  Can I buy a new one?  What are my next steps.  Thanks....

I ordered a new printhead (M0H91A). It was delivered in good order. I removed the old one and installed the new one. Now it works. You can order it at HP Parts Store: https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/default.aspx?cc=NL&lang=NL. There you can choose your language. (This printhead is for Officejet Pro 7740)

The only solution that worked for me was to install a new printhead. See my post from 28-5-2020: "I ordered a new printhead (M0H91A). It was delivered in good order. This did not work.  The error code is still there.

Officejet Pro 8610, This message appeared after a Microsoft Edge update, I have tried every repair mentioned. How can the ink levels of my printer be showing correctly if the print head is missing - they are attached to the printhead? Everything was working fine until the update, I have run all the window update and troubleshooters to no avail.
