When attempting to print wirelessly from ipad or iphone we are receiving the following message on printer screen: Paper Size Mismatch. Paper size is incorrect.
Paper is letter size which is what printer is set for.

Hi,
The default settings for Airprint on Apple devices is to print photos from the photo tray and all other documents from the main plain paper tray, which may be why you are getting paper mismatch errors - AirPrint won't allow you to print a photo on anything but 4x6 photo paper.
For more flexability in terms of media and tray selection, please download the HP e-Print app or AIO app as these will offer more felxability in terms of print options.

I down loaded the ePrint app to my phone. Not trying to print photos, trying to print documents/print copy of e-mail. We have no paper in the photo tray. Printing from the app set paper size to 8.5 X 11 (letter size) & select main tray & have tried both document & portrait layout. I continue to recieve paper mismatch error. I checked the paper to confirm size as 8.5 X 11.

Hi ,
Try restarting you rphone and try again. If that doesn't help, power down you rprinter and unplug it for 30 seconds before powering up again and then try again,

Pkease use the 2nd link below to check that your printer has the most up to date software and drivers. Link has some fixes for the printer giving "out of paper " errors which may help also.
