Product: HP Photosmart 2575

I am getting error code 83C00020 on my HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One printer.  It was working fine, and then all of a sudden gave me this message and has stopped working.  Any ideas appreciated.  Thank you.

Press the on/off switch and the Photo Menu button simultaneously and check if it is working fine now,

what  do  to get the printer to  print with a code 83C00020.
