Dear Team,

 

I am getting an error on Display screen as " ERROR CODE   OXC4EB8000    HWLMICCI2 C"

 

Printer Model : HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835

To assist you better, is the printer stuck on this error screen, or are you able to bypass it?

 

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Restore factory defaults.

Note: This will delete all the user settings on the printer. It has to be reconnected to the network.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Check for the error.
