Hi Kimmieb1230506,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I understand you would like to AirPrint from your iPad to your HP Deskjet 3052A. Please take a look here, this will walk you through getting everything set up on your iPad so you are up an printing to your 3052A: How to Print with an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch
To better understand the AirPrint function continue here: How to Use Apple's AirPrint Over a Wireless Network.
I hope this helps!
Thank you,

I see you are having problems getting your Deskjet 3052A connected to your wireless network, I would like you to follow the steps listed below:
1. Restore the network defaults on the printer by pushing the wireless button, go into settings, and select Restore defaults. You should now see the wireless light flashing.
2. Now connect to the network that the printer is broadcasting. You will see a name ex. HP-setup-3052a,
3. Now on the iPad load the Embedded Web Server (EWS), open up a browser and type in 192.168.223.1 (Exactly as it is listed, you do not need a www. or https://)
4. Go to the Network tab along the top of the EWS.
5. Click on the Wireless Setup Wizard on the left hand side to begin the configuration. See image below:
You should now see the wireless light a solid blue and successfully connected to your network. Make sure to connect your iPad back to your own wireless network.
Go ahead and try to print, let me know how it works 🙂
