I can't seem to copy/scan a page (8.5"X11") and have it come out the same size as the original, What the heck am I doing wrong. Usually the page comes out to small with portions missing.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Please download and use the FULL feature software as the HP Scan software is there.

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

After installing, start the HP Printer Assistant and go to Scan.

Ensure that you select the Page Size as e.g. "Letter", place the e.g Letter size  document that you want to scan on the flatbed or ADF and scan.

It should come out the size that you want.  Example as shown.

Hope that helps!
