Product: 7640

I just purchased a new 7640 printer replacing a 7510. I had just received a new order of 564 ink and want to exchage for 62.

 

In calling HP, they gave me a web site address that does not work. So am wondering how to proceed.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
