Product: HP business inkjet 1100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have 4 color ink cartridges I purchased and they are still new in the boxes unopened. The printer they fit has quite working so I wanted to return them to my local store. They said they were expired and would not let me return them. I heard the HP will refund or exchange the new cartridge if I return them directly to HP. Can anyone confirm this or give me advise on how to return or exchange them.
