- F4480 blinking orange light won't print with new inks

I have an F4480 deskjet that I pulled out of storage to use as a backup. When trying to print, I get a bunch of noise and a blinking orange light with an exclamation point in the message window. (!) I replaced both inks and same issue. Help.

Welcome to the HP Support Forumizzle! I see you are having some problems with your HP Deskjet F4480, it was sitting for a while and you have recently replaced the ink cartridges. When attempting to print, you get a bunch of noise and a blinking orange light with an exclamation point in the message window.
I would like you to start here: Blinking Lights, if the troubleshooting steps here do not resolve the issue continue here: 'Cartridge Problem', 'Incompatible Cartridge', or 'Cartridge Missing or Damaged' Message Displays on....
Please let me know the outcome.
