HI! I have HP DesignJet T2300 with lost password. How to factory\hard reset this device or enter in service menu (i hope hard reset is in menu)?

if you click on the wrench icon and scroll down to service mode, enter 3174 and scroll down to reset access control.   I am hoping this resets the password as I have never had to attempt it before.
