Hi,

Did you by any chance, find a solution? Since I've had the same issue with my X476dw.

Kind regards.

Linda

No.

I did get an email directing me to their paid support area.

I didnt think it was appropriate as I paid nearly $A1000 for the machine and its still in the warranty period.

My machine still does not work and I really need to use it!

My machine was out of warranty, so I had to pay 70 euros to make it work again.

But I'll share it with you :-).

Do you know where the back-button lights up when you are navigating the menu's?

Well, when you have the main-menu on your display, push that spot 4 times (if you do it correctly, the back button lits up). After that you'll be able to get into the service-menu.

Now you'll be able to navigate to the enable/disable menu, after a few options you'll get the opportunity to unlock the option to reset to factory setting. (Maybe it's even enough to look for the network settings, but they gave me this instruction).

Now push the red cross a few times, until you are back in the main-menu.

Via services, extra you should now be able to restore the printer's factory settings.

Worked like a charm for me.

Kind regards,

Linda

Thank you so much,

I will try that.

So long as I can get in to reset the network functions so I can then access it to reset it that would be fantastic.

Thanks for your tip. I really appreciate it!
