HP Recommended

I have an hp envy 6530e.  It suddenly stopped printing on Friday.  spent 8 hrs yesterday trying to fix it, including 2 hrs with Microsoft.  This morning restored factory settings and set up from scratch nut got the error when trying to install driver on windows 11.
