Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

HI can anyone help.

 

My printer keeps giving this code OXB87C60F6

 

This printer is only a few months old and has had problems from the start.

 

It also struggles to load photo paper and says out of paper when  it isn't (it's HP photo paper as well).

Hi Slaw1967,

 

Try performing the set of instrucitons in the following document. It should relate to your error code also.

Hi,

 

If i press the power button it restarts and I calibrate and all is ok for a while then it does it again.

 

Not great for a new printer.
