Product: HP LaserJet M4555 MFP

We have a LaserJet M4555 MFP that users attempt to fax to another medical facility, and it shows Communication Error ( 37 ). This error also appeared when I tested faxing the same recipient with a CM4540 MFP. But, when I sent the job from another department's CM6040, it was successful.

 

Also, the recipient is able to fax the initial machine without a problem.

 

Anyone care to explain to me what Comm Error 37 is, and any possible solutions? HP's Fax error code documentation only shows errors of number 200 and higher.
